1. Submit a Commission Request.
Email your commission request to capririusart@gmail.com or submit a form. Within 48 hours, I will send a response accepting or rejecting the commission request.
If the commission is accepted, I will proceed in making sketches for the approval of the client. Cancellations are only applicable at this stage of the commission process (see terms and conditions).
2. Payment
Full/Initial payment is expected after the client has approved of the sketch. No further work will be done on the commission until payment is made.
All payments/refunds will be done through Paypal.
3. Commission Stages
Once payment is made, I will continue on with the next stages of the commission:
-Line Art
-Flats
-Shading/Highlights
-Final Render
I will consult and update the client after each stage to work out any minor details and receive the overall approval of the client before moving on to another stage.
Projected turnaround is 7-14 days.
4. Final Approval and Sending over of Files
Once the commission is complete, and all payments are paid, I will send the art to the client via email.
I will also post the art on all of my social media platforms with the name/username of the client unless requested otherwise.
1. I have the right to refuse commission requests that I am uncomfortable with, or I cannot guarantee I can draw.
2. All commissions are in digital format ONLY.
3. All prices are in USD. All payment transactions will be done through Paypal.
4. There are 3 types of payment:
A. Single Payments: Commissioned work whose price is $59 below are expected to be paid in full after the client's approval of the sketch.
B. 50-50: For commissioned work priced between $60-$99 the client may opt to pay the initial 50% after the approval of the sketch and the rest of remaining balance after the final render is completed.
C. Payment Plans: A client is allowed to pay through payment plans (in 3 or more installments) if the total price of the commissioned work is $100 or above.
Payments will operate under the agreed conditions discussed by the client and the artist. Failure to meet these conditions will be handled accordingly under the artist's discretion.
5. A client may only cancel a commission if the client has not yet approved the sketch. Any requests for cancellation afterwards will be denied.
6. Refunds are only applicable IF the artist is unable to continue or finish the commissioned art.
7. Major/Complete Revisions will NOT be honored beyond the approval of the sketch.
8. Under no circumstance is anyone allowed to remove or touch the artist's watermark. The artist must be credited at all times.
9. The artist retains distribution rights over the commissioned artwork. Any commercial use, mass distribution, reprinting or reselling without the artist's consent is not allowed.
